Vienna Ball Trips 2026

Join us on a magical trip to Vienna, Austria. We are once again offering two different balls for two groups with a maximum of 16 participants. Prices from $1,049 to $1,199

Because of a special offer from the Imperial Palace (Hofburg) Ball hosted by Vienna’s famous coffee house owner, and we request that you reserve your booking for this ball before June 27, 2025 to ensure the special price and seat availability. We will try our best to accommodate late reservations, but may not be able to do so. The minimum number of participants is 8 people. If we don’t meet this minimum, you will receive a full refund. Please note that all prices are per person. This ball is already at 70 percent capacity, which is why we need to hurry. The registration deadline for the Vienna Philharmonic Ball is Monday, Sept. 15. 

Please select either Group/Package A (Vienna Philharmonic Ball) or Group/Package B (Hofburg Ball). Both balls are wonderful events to experience Viennese culture and traditions. The grouping is based on the date of the event with the Philharmonic Ball taking place a day earlier. 

Both packages include the following program elements:

• a private guided tour in English of the Schönbrunn Palace, and St. Stephen’s Cathedral including the catacombs, a trip up a tower (elevator provided), and a visit to the Dom Museum which provides fascinating insights into the church’s and city’s history
• Viennese dinner at a traditional “Wiener Gasthaus” allowing you to sample classic Viennese cuisine
• a dance lesson at the renowned Elmayer Dance School
• entry, including table reservations, to the ball (either at the Musikverein or at the Hofburg (please select the appropriate package)
