Our collection of weekly recipes that were posted to our Facebook page during the extent of our “Culinary Customs: A Taste of Germany” exhibit is now available in PDF form! Click the link embedded in this post to open and download your own mini recipe book!
Highlights include classics such as Kartoffelsalat (potato salad) and Bienenstich (“bee sting” cake), as well as lesser-known recipes like Frankfurter grüner Soβe (Frankfurt “green sauce”) served with potatoes.
