Personal & Mission Statement

She grew up during the post-war era in Hamburg, Germany, where her family and friends continue to live today. She immigrated to the US in her early twenties, and finished her education with a BA in the Social Sciences. Before her retirement, she was a computer systems analyst for Allied Signal Inc.
For the past twelve years, Ute has been on the board of Germania Park of N.J. Inc. in Rockaway Township, NJ – serving as Corporate Secretary. In addition, her Pennsylvania-Deutsch husband and she very much enjoy singing in the German chorus of Germania Park. She’s looking forward to bringing her connections and administrative expertise to the German-American Heritage Foundation.
