Personal & Mission Statement
I retired from my position as Honorary Consul of Germany in North Carolina in 2022. After dedicating my career to strengthening the cultural, educational, and economic ties between Germany and the Southeastern United States. In 2014, I founded the N.C. Zeitgeist Foundation, which promotes dialogue and cooperation through its Grand Speakers Series, civic forums, and cultural programming.
Drawing on my extensive network and decades of experience, I remain committed to advancing German American relations. My support for the German-American Heritage Foundation reflects my vision of building stronger organizational cooperation, and ensuring that the bonds between Germany and the United States thrive for generations.
