Enjoy a taste of Germany with different kinds of German beer, including limited seasonal specialties, German sausage, potato salad, and pretzels. In the mood for something different? Try a Bavarian Biergarten (beer garden) specialty called Obatzda.
As you explore the history behind each offered brew, you can socialize, and network with like-minded beer aficionados and connoisseurs while listening – or even dancing! – to traditional Alpine music performed by Liab’ und Schneid – the Mid-Atlantic’s premier duo for authentic music as played in Austria, Bavaria, Switzerland and South Tyrol. Learn about the long history of Germans in the United States, their surprising contributions, which go well beyond beer and bratwurst, and the strong connection that exists until today between the two countries.
VIP Admission includes premium beers, such as Bockbier, Rauchbier, a smoked beer, which is produced at two small local breweries in Bamberg, Bavaria, and Weihenstephan Korbinian. The exact selection will depend on availability.
