2015 marked the 5th Anniversary of Hockemeyer Hall in the nations capital and the establishment of the German-American Heritage Museum of the USA™. Since its opening Hockemeyer Hall has hosted several outstanding exhibits, cultural events and lectures. It has welcomed over 10,000 visitors including students, academics, German travelers seeking their families that migrated to America, diplomats and neighbors.
Thanks to the generous contribution of our donors we were able to raise $ 55,400 by the end of the year. We appreciate your donation. A list of all our donors could be found in the Ambassador Magazine Winter 2015.
We want to give a special recognition to those donors that have contributed at a $500 and above level. We thank you for keeping the German-American Heritage Foundation of the USA@ and the German-American Heritage Museum of the USA™ as part of your philanthropic priorities.
